Der VIZOBOX HDC-5004 wandelt IP-Transportströme in vier benachbarte DVB-C QAM-Kanäle um und bietet Kabelnetzbetreibern und Objektnetzen einen kompakten, zuverlässigen Weg von IPTV-Quellen ins Koaxialnetz.
Übersicht
Der HDC-5004 ist ein EDGE-QAM-Modulator, der bis zu 512 SPTS- oder MPTS-IPTV-Kanäle von vier 100-Mb/s-Ethernet-Eingängen in vier benachbarte DVB-C QAM-Kanäle im Bereich 30–1000 MHz multiplext. Zu den Multiplex-Funktionen gehören automatisches oder manuelles PID-Remapping, PCR-Restamping, PSI/SI-Tabellengenerierung sowie NIT/LCN-Erzeugung und -Einfügung. Verschlüsselung nach ETR289 und den Simulcrypt-Standards ETSI 101 197 / ETSI 103 197 mit bis zu vier CA-Systemen wird ebenso unterstützt wie ein MPTS-IP-Ausgang und NMS-basiertes Remote-Management im 19-Zoll-1HE-Gehäuse.
