The VIZOBOX IGS-900 turns up to 16 satellite, cable or terrestrial transponders into IP streams for reliable IPTV distribution — up to 512 SPTS or 16 MPTS from a single 1RU unit.
Overview
The VIZOBOX IGS-900 is a DVB-to-IP gateway that receives satellite, cable or terrestrial transponders and streams them as SPTS or MPTS over IP. It combines 16 DVB-S/S2/S2X tuner inputs (DVB-C and DVB-T/T2 optional) with two ASI inputs and delivers up to 512 SPTS or 16 MPTS via two mirrored GbE ports over UDP and RTP/RTSP, unicast or multicast. BISS descrambling, DiSEqC support for up to four satellite positions, PID filtering and re-mapping, PSI/SI rebuilding and web-based management make it a complete head-end front end in a compact 1RU chassis.
