Overview
The VIZOBOX EMU-8500 is a high-density head-end encoder-streamer available in variants with 8, 12, 16 or 24 HDMI inputs, delivering the same number of SPTS IPTV streams plus one MPTS output over UDP/RTP via Gigabit Ethernet, with an optional ASI copy of the multiplexed MPTS. Video is encoded in MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 or H.265/HEVC at 1–13 Mbps per channel with accurate PCR adjustment, PID filtering/re-mapping and automatic PSI/SI table generation. On-screen graphics, scrolling text and QR-code insertion are supported, and the unit is fully managed and updated through a modern web interface.
