Overview
The VIZOBOX HDM-9500 is an all-in-one encoder-modulator that converts HDMI inputs into adjacent DVB-C or DVB-T RF channels, integrating H.264/AVC encoding, multiplexing and modulation in a single 19-inch unit. It is available as HDM-9504 (4 HDMI inputs, 2 RF carriers) or HDM-9508 (8 HDMI inputs, 4 RF carriers), with ISDB-Tb and ATSC output variants on request. Video is encoded in MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 up to 1080p60, with MPEG-1 Layer 2, LC-AAC, HE-AAC and AC3 pass-through audio. In parallel, MPTS IP outputs over UDP/RTP/RTSP and a web-based management GUI make the unit equally at home in coax and IP distribution networks.
